I wanted to make a catch-all page for the photos I took during my stay in Cairo, Egypt in the Summer of 2012. Most of these images were captured during the period between the first Presidential elections after the January 25th Revolution (which took place June 16th and 17th, 2012) and the announcement of the winner (June 24th). They include protestors, signs, and slogans which were prominent during the Muslim Brotherhood-led sit-in, as well as graffiti and murals that had been painted and re-painted throughout the Revolution (which began in January 2011).
